ElectronicsEBS has developed custom low noise electronics for the measurement of nanopore conductance. The discrete amplifier design allows for selection of the optimal electrical components to minimize measurement noise in an economical package.

By carefully integrating the amplifier, nanopore platform and test cell, we have eliminated the need for bulky electric interference shielding and vibration isolation systems. EBS has developed a complete, state-of-the-art system around our electronics and the GNM that is capable of producing extremely low noise conductance measurements with applications in DNA sequencing, electrophysiology and chemical detection.
